A coned breech will be used. Finishing the breech in this manner facilitates indexing the barrel, as the barrel can be rotated to any position , without requiring new extractor cuts to be made.

Indexing will use this rail fixture. Note that it has my Suhl barreled action being mounted in a barrel block. A barrel block allows the whole gun to be rotated to multiple points of rotation.
